When you make a payment, payment details are processed by our secure payment provider. Uriel Luxe Imports does not store your full card number.

We use your information to: confirm your preorder and issue a tracking ID; communicate batch status, timelines and delivery updates; process payments and refunds; arrange customs clearance and delivery; and respond to support enquiries.

We may use aggregated, non-identifying data to improve our service, such as typical lead times across batches.

3. Sharing Your Information

We share information only with the parties needed to fulfil your preorder — freight carriers, customs brokers and our payment provider — and only to the extent required for their role.

We never sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored securely and access is restricted to staff who need it to operate the service. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data during transmission and storage.

Payment card data is handled by our PCI-compliant payment provider and is never stored on our servers.

5. Data Retention

We keep your order and tracking records for as long as needed to operate the service, fulfil delivery, and satisfy legal and accounting obligations. After that, records are deleted or anonymised.

You may withdraw consent for optional communications at any time; this will not affect preorders already placed.
